HOW TO APPLY
Our Registration of Interest and Housing Needs forms are below. Please complete all applicable sections and questions in the forms provided.
Please ensure that all the sections have been completed and that no items have been left blank to facilitate a proper assessment by the office. For example, if you receive no income from Centrelink, you need to indicate $0 in the relevant section rather than leaving it blank. You will need to supply a suitable Proof of Identification and a Proof of Income when you return the Registration of Interest form.The Housing Needs form needs to be filled out by a third party such as support worker or Doctor. This form supports any special needs or barriers that you may have, which prevents you from getting into Commercial Housing.
We will complete the registration process once all the information is returned to the office.
